TERMS & CONDITIONS

            TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION ARRANGEMENTS:

1) Each hosted buyer (h. buyer) who is arranging their own flight will provide their flight details to Caruso & Grassi Tour Operator within 05th November 2010 in order to organize transfers.
2) Caruso & Grassi Tour Operator will supply for the semi h. buyer a return transfer from Bari airoport/railway station to his accommodation in Matera on arrival day (26th November) and departure day (29th November)
3) Caruso & Grassi Tour Operator will supply the h. buyer with 3 nights accommodation in Matera. Caruso & Grassi t.o. will not be responsible for extra  room costs incurred during the stay. PACKAGES OF EXTRA NIGHTS WILL BE CHARGED TO H. BUYER.
4) Business lunches are charged to the organizer.
5) Dinners are charged to the organizer.
6) Individual Visa requirements will be the sole responsibility of the h. buyer including any necessary costs incurred.
7) Any delay or loss of baggage will solely be the responsibility of the airline/company train and any subsequent dispute shall be directly between the h. buyer and the airline/company train.
8) Caruso & Grassi Tour Operator   will not be responsible if the h. buyer is refused permission to board the aircraft or is refused entry to Italy.

      CANCELLATION
Hosted buyers can cancel their participation at the Btl (with good reason) with no penalty before 11th November 2010 Cancellation after 11th November 2010 will incur a fee of Euros 100,00

Caruso & Grassi t.o. shall not be liable for loss, damage or delay resulting from acts of war, hijack, terrorist attack, strikes, robbery or any other circumstances which shall make it impossibile for Caruso & Grassi t.o. to organize  the event at the time provided. Caruso & Grassi t.o. reserves the right to re-schedule the event at another date

BUYERS’ S RESPONSIBILITY
Caruso & Grassi t.o. is not responsible for any loss due to cancellation, abandonment, curtailment in whole or in part of the event for causes outside its control. The h. buyer is recommended to adequately insure their  participation expanses in case of such cancellations, etc…

Any disputes arising under these terms will be governed by Italian law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Matera city Forum.
