 BUYERS PRELIMINARY PROGRAMME

Friday 26th November: arrival in Bari area. Transfer from Bari Palese airport or from Bari Railway Station to Matera.

Check-in at Hilton Garden Inn Hotel **** located in Venusio (4km from Matera)

Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Saturday 27th November: breakfast. Take part in the workshop to meet the sellers from the south of Italy (from 09.00am to 01.00pm and from 02.30pm to 05.00pm)

Easy lunch at hotel.

Dinner in a typical restaurant in Matera.

Overnight stay at hotel.

Sunday 28th November: breakfast. Guided visit to the “Sassi” of Matera – recognised by UNESCO as one of the places in the world that represent the “heritage of man”-   which are rocky installations developed from the high Middle Ages and in which Benedectin and Greek monks lived in the caves, previously used by the prehistoric man.

Tranfer to the hotel, lunch.

Afternoon at leisure.

Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Monday 29th November: breakfast. Transfer to the Bari Palese airport or to the Bari Railway Station in good time for the departure.

P.S.: we guarantee you a free contribution of 150,00 euros (only for participants come from Europe) to share your travel expenses;

We guarantee you a free contribution of 250,00 euros (only for participants come from the rest of the world) to share your travel expenses.

Successively at the event, we will transfer to you the refund (by bank transfer)  beginning from 120 days of  the end of the Btl exhibition

Hosted Buyers are entitled to enjoy the following privileges:

Complimentary 3 nights hotel accommodation during the event;

Complimentary n. 1 half board + n. 2 full board at the hotel and at the restaurant and drinks;

Buyers are due to reach the Hosting destination within the 26th November and to leave within the 29th November, no other nights will be provided;

Badge to exhibition;

Complimentary speaking English guide;

Complimentary airport/railway station transfers and local coach transfers during the event.

It isn’t included:

Air ticket or railway ticket, tips, admissions, porterages, meals and excursions not stated in the programme, personal expenses.

The availability is limited, therefore the Committee will select quality buyers from all over the world.
